This was the conversation between Mason and I.
Mason: "I am going to love you even when I am big."
Me: You will?!
Mason: Yep.
Me: Even when you are ten?
Mason: Uh-huh.
Me: Even when you're 13?
Mason: yes
Me: Even when you are all grown up?
Me: That makes me soooooo happy, Mason.
Mason smiles.
About 15 seconds pass, then:
Mason(with a thoughtful frown): I wonder how long dad will love you....
