O is for Occupation.

This is a conversation I had with Mason today.

Mason: O-o-o-occupation. Daddy is an occupation.
Me: Yes, daddy has an occupation. Are you learning about occupations this week?
Mason: Yes. Luke's dad came and talked about doctors.
Me: Really? Do you want daddy to come and talk at your school about his occupation?
Mason: Yeah. But you can't. You're not an occupation.
Me: What do you mean?
Mason. You don't do nothing!

So, my occupation now is doing nothing.

And all this time I thought I was supposed to be cleaning house or doing laundry or grocery shopping or taking pictures or watching grant or feeding animals or...

Nope. I don't do nothing.

: )
